Day 1 - A Long Trip
Instead of Mark just typing out his reaction to this long, long, loud day, he's enlisted the help of team member Matt Bartee. Here are some pictures and his video logging of the day.
Hey Guys, Glad you made it safe and sound. Looking forward to your daily update. (I got up at 3:30 a.m. just to take a peek.) We will keep all of you in our prayers. Katy, We Love and Miss you. I'm glad you made it safe and sound maybe now your dad will stop crying.HaHa :)
Haha, seems like you're having fun! I think it's so awesome because we just got back from our mission trip where we helped out at a homeless shelter/mission church in Chatanooga where they are trying to do the same thing! It's still a pretty bad part of town, but they've made alot of progress since they've started taking people in! Oh, and Johnny Cash rules! Haha, have fun, Matt, and other people that I don't know from Matt's church! Good luck, and we'll be praying for ya'll!
We are praying for you and we are so happy to have this blog to watch what God is doing everyday with you guys. Katy we love you. Mac attack says to have fun, be safe and that he loves you.
